Return Window
We offer a 7-day return policy for our security system products. You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
- Products must include all original accessories and packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
- Custom-configured systems are non-returnable
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, email us at sales@lovosis.com with your order number, reason for return, and any supporting photos. We will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and provide return instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
- Installed or used products
- Items missing parts or packaging
- Customized kits or software licenses
- Clearance or promotional items
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item is damaged or defective, report it within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos or videos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping and duties unless the return is due to our error. Mark packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs delays.
Refunds
Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 10–15 business days. Contact us if your refund hasn't been processed after 15 days.
